What is this blog about? HWR BERLIN BLOG ABOUT SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP. Wer Charakterstärken trainiert, steigert sein Wohlbefinden. Das ist das Ergebnis einer Studie eines Psychologenteams der Universität Zürich. Erstmals wurde darin nachgewiesen, dass ein solches Training wirkt. Den größten Effekt zeigte dabei das Trainieren der Stärken Neugier. Charakterstärken und ihre Beziehung zum Wohlbefinden sind ein wichtiges Forschungsfeld der Positiven Psychologie.
